From the moment we arrived, Lilia's genuine hospitality enveloped us, making us feel like cherished guests in her own home. Her husband and granddaughter, Tata, also extended their kindness, adding a familial touch to our experience.Lilia's attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure our comfort was evident in every aspect of our stay. The cozy rooms and spotless bathrooms provided a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the vibrant surroundings of Telavi, nestled at the foot of the majestic Caucasus Mountains. Each corner of the guesthouse exuded charm, with comfortable sitting areas both indoors and outdoors, allowing us to unwind and soak in the breathtaking mountain views.One of the highlights of our stay was the opportunity to taste Lilia's husband's homemade wine, a true embodiment of the region's rich viticultural heritage. The delicious breakfast she prepared for us, complete with pancakes and homemade jam, was a culinary delight that left us craving more. Her recommendation of a knowledgeable driver, George, added depth to our exploration, offering us insights into the country's history and taking us to a remarkable wine tasting experience.The guesthouse's convenient location, just a stone's throw away from the center of Telavi, allowed us to easily venture out and discover charming cafes and shops within walking distance.
